R&B singer Ne-Yo, real name Shaffer Chimere Smith, was detained by police forces in Oslo, Norway after a member of his entourage got physical with a local bus boy and punched him in the face. It is known that Ne-Yo enjoying what party scene Norway at a hot spot called ‘Emil & Samuel’ after a show he played nearby when the scuffle started.
On lookers reported that the artist’s crew had been partying hard and was getting rowdy when a fellow restaurant guest apparently grabbed one of the girls in Ne-Yo’s party. This in turn caused one of Ne-Yo’s drunk homies to react by taking it out on a poor innocent bus boy by socking him hard in the face as he walked by. The boy was struck so hard in his head that he vomited and passed out immediately after the incident. The the night takes another turn for the worst when another member of the entourage grabbed a knife and ran into the kitchen where he began threatening people. Thankfully, others in attendance were able to calm the crazed man down.
Ne-Yo and the rest of his motley crew left the establishment immediately, but were quickly found, detained, and searched by Norwegian police. When asked for comment on the horrifying events, restaurant owner only had this to say was, “All in all this is an unfortunate situation involving the artist, Emil & Samuel and the concert management.” ‘Emil & Samuel’ and its endangered staff are currently in the process of pressing charges against the culprits.
