Remember the Rihanna that came out with reggae inspired dance/pop hits and wore sexy Caribbean style outfits just a few years ago?  Well apparently Rihanna has finally realized that her fans are missing the starlet’s original island flavor and she has rewarded us with a fresh video for her new single off of her album, ‘Rated R,’ called ‘Rude Boy.’  The video is splatted with brightly colored graphics and features an overtly sexual Rihanna donning booty baring red, green, and yellow booty shorts and dancing suggestively; swinging her hips like only island girls know how.  Rihanna is definitely repping the Rasta culture in this fire video.  Of course, the singer doesn’t completely abandon her more recent and daring fashion choices by also incorporating a few eccentric and abstract clothing choices as well, such as the black and white full body leotard she rocks while sitting on a zebra posted in front of an equally crazy-patterned black and white wall.  The entire video has an abstract look and has a fresh and funky urban style.  Musically, the track is addicting, incorporating the perfect mix of sweet and edgy sounds that Rihanna, the original ‘Good Girl Gone Bad,’ is now famous for.  Check out the video for yourself now!
